Even Proportional Color Triangle

This article was presented by the author as lecture material for a congressional meeting of an international scientific organization in the United States of America.  It was entitled ‘Even color triangle’ presented in Rochester New York 2001.  The article relates a fractal to mixing colors at proportions of  ˝ and shows all such mixtures are represented by a planar infinite graph. It also relates algebra and continua with a theory of mixing colors or economic units.
