Rational separation of the color solenoid

by A. S. Zoch  Ó 1994

This article was presented by the author as lecture material for an annual meeting of a scientific standards organization in the United States of America.  It was entitled ‘Theorems and graphical representations based on partitive color mixture’ presented in Baltimore Maryland 1997.  The article creates a dense color space in three dimensions that gives hue names to an uncountably infinite amount of color mixtures. It also relates algebra and continua with a theory of mixing colors or economic units.
